It's very unlikely that you would face any legal problems for buying this medication from an online pharmacy. Did the questionnaire ask you if you had ever been prescribed this medication by a doctor in person? If you lied on this question and said yes, then technically it's illegal. However, honestly it is highly unlikely that you would get in legal trouble for it. It's the prescribing doctor and pharmacy's job to do the due diligence on their end before filling any orders. If they find out you weren't prescribed this, they will simply deny the prescription and tell you to see your local doctor. If they choose to take your word for it, then they are the ones who become responsible and they would be the ones that answer to the DEA. To be clear, I never recommend "self-prescribing" I know it's not the most fun to see your doctor about ED problems, but when it comes to your body and your health (and for people with low blood pressure, your life) - better safe than sorry!

Is it illegal to purchase Viagra from a website, where they gave you an online questionnaire, and they supplied you with a prescription over the phone? In other words, are you likely to face legal problems? would I be doing something illegal? could I get caught by the police? as a California resident,

thanks for the help
